INTERNATIONAL: Bread of the Week 33: Pain Millet des Ardennes

Millets are a group of highly variable small-seeded grasses, widely grown around the world as cereal crops or grains for fodder and human food. 

The French make a bread called Pain Millet des Ardennes (the Ardennes is a mountain range in France, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium).
