According to a press release, 110 Grill and Evviva Trattoria are both planning to open on the ground floor of Exchange 200 in Malden Center, with the former being a rapidly growing chain of casual upscale American restaurants while the latter is a smaller but also-growing group of Italian dining spots. The two eateries plan to debut in the complex--which will include lab/life-sciences, R&D, and office space--in mid-2021 if all goes well.
Currently, 110 has more than 25 locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York, while Evviva Trattoria has three locations in Massachusetts; this will be the first outlet of Evviva Trattoria inside Route 128, while four locations of 110 Grill can currently be found inside/along Route 128.
The address for the upcoming locations of 110 Grill and Evviva Trattoria in Malden will be 200 Exchange Street, Malden, MA, 02148.
