It looks like a local group of cafes that feature healthy, organic food could be opening its first location within the Boston city limits.
Eater Boston is reporting (via the Jamaica Plain News) that Life Alive is hoping to open a new shop in Jamaica Plain, though it does not have a specific space nailed down as of yet; it had been looking at the old Harvest Coop location on South Street, but said that "unfortunately, it was not a good fit for us." Live Alive is actually looking for suggestions from the public as to a space in JP that might work best for them and are asking people to get in touch.
Currently, locations of Life Alive can be found in Lowell, Cambridge, and Salem, with a second Cambridge shop in the works as well. Its website can be found at http://ift.tt/1rgjai7
