A Vietnamese restaurant in the northern suburbs of Boston is expanding to a second location.
According to an article from Boston Magazine, Việt Citron in Burlington is looking to open at an as-of-yet undisclosed location in Somerville, with the new outlet being a bit smaller than the Middlesex Turnpike eatery with seating for 10, while it will offer items found at the Burlington location as well as being a test kitchen for new dishes. If all goes as planned, the Somerville location of Việt Citron will open later this fall.
The website for Việt Citron, which first opened in Burlington in March of 2020, can be found at https://vietcitron.com/
