A growing Louisiana-based chain of chicken spots has opened a new location in the local area, and this one has been in the works for more than a year.
According to multiple sources, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is now open in Medford, with the restaurant moving into a space at the Fellsway Plaza by Wellington Circle. In addition to chicken fingers, the dining spot also offers chicken sandwiches, Texas toast, fries, lemonade, sweet tea, and more.
