A Korean BBQ spot that has been in the works for more than two years is finally on the verge of opening.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Gopchang Story is planning to open in the former T's Pub space on Commonwealth Avenue near Boston University Wednesday, July 20, with a Facebook post from the restaurant saying that "To accommodate as many people as possible, we will only take walk-ins for the time being. More details will follow closer to our opening date, so please follow us and get ready for some Gopchang in your belly!" As mentioned here in an earlier article, Gopchang has locations in Manhattan and the Flushing section of Queens and focuses on dishes using the intestines of cattle and/or pigs along with other entrails.
The address for Gopchang Story is 973 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA, 02215. The website for the business can be found at https://ift.tt/DaN8cCJ
