A brand new Vietnamese restaurant has opened in Dorchester, moving into a space that had been home to another Vietnamese dining spot which was subsequently reborn in a nearby space.
According to a tweet from @WriteHandMan, Phuong Nam Restaurant is now open on the outskirts of Fields Corner, with an earlier Voting Hearing Agenda page within the City of Boston site indicating that it has taken over the former Anh Hong space on Adams Street. The new eatery is run by Kenny and Cecilia Dang and it appears that it is open for both lunch and dinner.
Anh Hong left its longtime home at the end of 2021 but can now be found within Pho Hoa on Dorchester Avenue, where the two restaurants collaborate on the food offerings.
The address for Phuong Nam Restaurant is 291 Adams Street, Dorchester, MA, 02122.
