The people behind a number of vegetarian restaurants in the Greater Boston area will be opening a new outlet, with this one coming to a growing development in Somerville.
According to a press release, Clover is planning to open at Assembly Row, with the fast-casual dining spot being the first vegetarian eatery to come to the development. Once it opens, the new location of Clover will join several in Boston and Cambridge along with outlets in Burlington and Newtonville and two within Whole Foods markets in Sudbury and Westford.
Clover initially started out as a food truck business but its focus is now on brick-and-mortar dining spots. Its website is at https://ift.tt/QlPKqIy
