It looks like a beloved Dorchester restaurant has shut down.
A Twitter post (from @jgmahoney (via @thuongtiff) and another tweet from @WriteHandMan indicate that Anh Hong in the Fields Corner neighborhood is no longer in business, with the latter saying "Unexpected issues w/landlord, labor shortage, food costs contributed." The post does indicate that the eatery could possibly return, saying "'I will be back in Dorchester' Victoria Nguyen."
Anh Hong was one of a number of Vietnamese dining spots that called the Fields Corner area home, with the restaurant featuring a menu with a variety of options including hot pot, vermicelli, pho, congee, and more.
The address for Anh Hong was 291 Adams Street, Dorchester, MA, 02122.
