The Local in Woburn Is Now Krave Kitchen + Bar

A location of a group of suburban gastropubs that has been under new management since earlier this year now has a new name.

According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, The Local in Woburn has been rebranded to Krave Kitchen + Bar, with another poster on the thread saying that the new name was put in place about a week ago and that the menu is similar to that of The Local but with a few additions. The menu for Krave shows such offerings as buffalo cauliflower, poke bowls, wings, steak tips, chicken parmigiana, baked haddock, and a warm skillet cookie.

The Woburn location of The Local first opened in the fall of 2016, taking over the former Masa Taqueria and Tequila Bar space; other locations of The Local can be found in Waltham, Wayland, and Wellesley, with the original location in West Newton planning to reopen soon.
