My Easy Non-Mexican Version

Grill Corn. Add butter or magarine, (omit mayo). Sprinkle with Stubb's Chili-Lime Spice Rub  (unfortunately discontinued) and salt (I use lite salt) and Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese.
