Basic Truffle Recipe is so simple and easy to make, especially if you are using a Microwave for melting the chocolate compound. I never bother about using a double boiler for melting the chocolate chunks. Just ensure the compound is at room temperature and you have chopped the chocolate.
This basic Truffle is part of the BM#73, a theme on Festival / special Occasions happening during February. I cited Valentine’s Day and Holi Special. However, members are free to select any special day that happens during this month, with notes to share.
I picked up Valentine’s day with my Kids in mind. It’s been a while since I made some chocolate dishes for them and what better way than these!
