A long-closed Italian restaurant in a Boston neighborhood that was reborn north of the city last year has shut down.
According to a source, Paolo's in Saugus is no longer in operation, with a Facebook comment from owner Paul Delios confirming what our source (and a North Shore Eats post) indicated, saying that "I closed the restaurant for good." Paolo's first opened on Lincoln Avenue in the early part of 2023, being a second incarnation of Paolo's Trattoria, which was located on Main Street in Charlestown until closing its doors in 2016.
The address for the now-closed Paolo's in Saugus was 304 Lincoln Avenue Unit E, Saugus, MA, 01926.
