Once the autumn starts here in Paris, you wont miss street vendors selling freshly roasted chestnuts which is quite common in every street corners. Freshly roasted chestnuts are our favourite street food obviously we never miss to get them. Then later i came to know how to roast and steam cook chestnuts at home which is quite similar to roasting/steam cooking peanuts but it will take more time
