Buttery Popcorn Cupcakes

Via Cupcakes Take The Cake Flickr Member, Cupcakes Fun Baking Treats Love Roses This by far has been the easiest cupcake creation I have ever made. I think it really looks like yummy buttery popcorn! I had sooo much fun making it and got some tips on other cupcakers!
