Gong Cha to Open in Andover

A growing chain of bubble tea shops continues to expand locally, with a new one soon opening north of Boston.

According to a source, Gong Cha is planning to open in Andover, with the website for the business saying that it will be moving into a space downtown in Elm Square. Once it opens, expect to see such options as bubble tea, slush, and other tea beverages, and it will join a number of other locations in the Greater Boston area, including a few others north of the city in Lowell, Burlington, Peabody, and Malden.
