A brand new Mexican restaurant from the people behind Tenoch that has been in the works for more than five years is finally on the verge of opening.
According to an article from Boston Magazine, El Tacuba is planning to open in Medford Square any day now, with the new spot featuring the type of seafood options found in Veracruz (a state on the Gulf of Mexico), while also offering dishes with influences from other parts of Mexico. The new restaurant will start off with dinner service only, with brunch being introduced at a later date, and in addition to its food offerings, alcohol (including beer, cocktails, and tequila) will be available as well.
El Tacuba owners Alvaro and Andrés Sandoval also run locations of Tenoch in Medford Square, Boston's North End, Cambridge, Melrose, and Somerville.
The address for El Tacuba is 35 Salem Street, Medford, MA, 02155. Its website can be found at https://ift.tt/cJv40aV
