A North Shore dining and drinking spot that was known in part for its cocktails and live music has shut down.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, EJ Cabot's in Beverly is now closed, with a Facebook post from co-owner Emilie Grant Donahue saying that "10 years ago I was given the opportunity to open and create EJ Cabot's. It feels so surreal to be posting that [Saturday, June 18] will be the last night EJ’s will be open!" The restaurant and bar offered a mix of classic American and New American fare including wings, mussels, cheeseburgers, steak tips, roast chicken, St, Louis ribs, and char-broiled salmon, while also serving beer, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
The address for the now-closed EJ Cabot's was 282 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA, 01915.
