A group of four restaurants known in part for their steak tips will soon be down to three, as a new dining and drinking spot will be taking over its space.
According to a source, Conrad's in Sudbury is being replaced by the Sudbury Point Grill, with a Patch article saying that Alexandre Alvarenga (who runs Franco's Trattoria which is also in Sudbury) will be behind the new place. The article also mentions that few changes are expected to be made to the space other than fixing up the outdoor dining area and the parking lot, and Alvarenga also plans to apply for a license for live music.
The Sudbury location of Conrad's opened in 2015, joining the original location in Norwood and another in Walpole; another outlet has since opened in Foxboro.
The address for Conrad's in Sudbury (and the upcoming Sudbury Point Grill) is 120 Boston Post Road (Route 20), Sudbury, MA, 01776. The website for all locations of Conrad's is at https://ift.tt/PatvDe9
