A brand new Mediterranean spot has come to Somerville.
According to a tweet from @CheeksMcGee9, Yafa Cafe is now open on Somerville Avenue, moving into the space where Finesse Pastries had been. A place called Cafe Yafa--which offers such items as hummus, falafel, baba ghanoush, shakshuka, chicken kababs, and kofta--can be found in Natick, though it isn't known for sure whether the new place has a direct connection to that eatery (Cafe Yafa's social media doesn't say anything about the Somerville outlet), but if we find out that there is a connection, we will post an update here.
The address for Yafa Cafe in Somerville is 594 Somerville Ave, Somerville, MA 02143
