A new brewery that has been a long time in the making has come to the southwest suburbs of Boston, and it is the only one of its kind in the Greater Boston area.
According to an article from Eater Boston, Farthest Star Sake brewery and taproom is now open in Medfield, and as mentioned here in an earlier article, Todd Bellomy of the now-closed Dovetail Sake Brewery in Waltham is behind the N. Meadows Road spot. Eater says that for its opening weekend, it will feature a few draft-only namazake (unpasteurized) sakes along with small-batch "experiments," packaged Japanese snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks.
The address for Farthest Star Sake is 120 N Meadows Road, Medfield, MA, 02052. Its website can be found at https://ift.tt/vu2XMSN
