A new dining spot that features healthy options has opened in the North End of Boston, replacing a pizza spot that closed a couple of years ago.
According to a message and a tweet from @ConciergeBoston, Pink Carrot is now open on Salem Street in the former Pushcart Pizzeria space, with a look at the menu showing such options as bagels, toast, sandwiches, salads, loaded sweet potatoes, pizza with a gluten-free or cauliflower crust, smoothies, juices, and coffee. The new spot is open Monday through Saturday, with hours being 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Pushcart Pizzeria, which was also known as Pushcart Cafe, offered pizza, calzones, and salads along with beer, wine, and cocktails.
The address for Pink Carrot is 115 Salem Street, Boston, MA, 02113.
