It looks like a new shop that offers sandwiches made using New York-style bagels is on its way to Cambridge.
According to a tweet from @naked_canoer, Brooklyn Bagel Factory is opening in Inman Square, moving into a space on Hampshire Street that had been home to a dry cleaning place. The website for the bagel shop indicates that it will be offering steamed bagel sandwiches using hand-rolled and water-boiled bagels, and while it doesn't have an opening date yet, it says it plans to open soon.
The address for the upcoming Brooklyn Bagel Factory is 168 Hampshire Street, Cambridge, MA, 02139. Its website can be found at https://ift.tt/3oYGDJn
