The third of three concepts from a well-known local chef and restaurateur opens this week.
According to a press release, Geppetto opens on Thursday, January 14 for takeout and delivery at Cambridge Crossing in East Cambridge, joining two other restaurants from Will Gilson at the development--Cafe Beatrice and The Lexington. As mentioned earlier, Geppetto will offer Italian dishes including Caesar salad, tortellini soup, fried artichokes, meatballs, lasagna, Sicilian pizza, braised pork sugo, and more, and the release states that the dining room for the restaurant plans to debut sometime in the spring.
In addition to the three dining spots at Cambridge Crossing, Gilson also runs Puritan & Co. in the Inman Square section of Cambridge.
