Finn McCool's in Downtown Boston Has Permanently Closed

A downtown Boston pub has shut down for good after being in business for a bit less than four years.

According to a source, Finn McCool's on High Street is no longer in operation, with a Facebook post from the place confirming this, saying that "Like many of our friends with other restaurants and bars, sustaining sales during this pandemic has been near impossible. We held on for as long as possible & now, faced with even more uncertainty, it is time to bid you Farewell." Finn McCool's first opened in the former Julep Bar space in the spring of 2017, with the pub having no connection to a long-closed bar by the same name that once resided on nearby Chatham Street.

The address for this Finn McCool's was 200 High Street, Boston, MA, 02110.
