Three Quincy Bars Closed for Now After Workers Test Positive for COVID-19

The Quincy bar scene has taken a bit of a hit of late, with multiple watering holes being closed for the time being due to the coronavirus.

According to a post from the City of Quincy Facebook page, Manet Lunch on Sea Street is now shuttered after a bartender tested positive for COVID-19, while another post says that Malachy's on Granite Street is closed as well after an employee there tested positive for the virus. In addition, a Facebook post from the Hofbrau on Sea Street indicates that they are shut down for now as well after some workers have tested positive there.

Manet Lunch will likely be closed for a bit under two weeks while Malachy's will remain closed until August 6, and the Hofrau will probably be closed for another week or so, as they shut down for two weeks as of last week.
