Framingham Beer Works Has Closed for Good

A location of a local group of brewpubs has shut down permanently.

According to an article from the Framingham Source, Framingham Beer Works is no longer in operation, with Beer Works attorney Paul Sporn saying that "The pandemic has had a catastrophic effect on business. The restaurant industry was already facing a myriad of challenges before the pandemic, but the pandemic made it impossible to move forward in Framingham." The exact status of the other four locations of Beer Works is unknown right now, as the Boston (North Station/West End and Fenway), Hingham, and Salem outlets remain temporarily closed.

Framingham Beer Works first opened its doors in 2013.
