Dumpling Daughter Is Apparently Opening in Brookline's Coolidge Corner

A pair of Chinese restaurants known in part for their dumplings may be expanding to a third location in one of the busiest parts of Brookline.

According to a Twitter post from @terenwong, Dumpling Daughter appears to be coming to Coolidge Corner based on building permits that have been issued, with a job post on the Indeed site seeming to confirm this, saying that a General Manager is needed for a Coolidge Corner location of the dining spot. An exact address for the upcoming Dumpling Daughter, which currently has locations in Weston and Cambridge's Kendall Square, is not known as of yet, so stay tuned for updates.

Nadia Liu Spellman, who runs Dumpling Daughter, is the daughter of Sally Ling, who is known for her namesake restaurant that opened on the Boston waterfront in the mid-1980s.
