Easter Cupcake Time

Easter is a perfect time to make cupcakes.  The kids are out of school for spring break. The flowers of spring are hopefully blooming. In Savannah, the azaleas are in full bloom.  Also,  Easter candy like jellybeans and Peeps are a great topper to cupcakes.  The cupcakes pictured are coconut cupcakes I made for Easter a few years ago.
