Tawa Aloo Toast must be one of those really simple and easy dishes that one wouldn’t think of blogging. However, this also happens to be quite tricky as the textures have to be perfect to get the right flavour and everything in place!
This Tawa Aloo mash toast is something I often make on tawa yet, never bothered to write as its very simple. When I thought about Tawa recipes that I mostly make, I realized there are some I have not thought of writing down.
Like this Aloo mash on Toast, which requires the toast to be really crispy and the aloo to be mashed on the hot griddle, that gives a unique flavour. I know the pictures are clicked in a hurry, as it was a last minute decision to click pictures of this and I was already running late.
Do try this out exactly as I have written down for a hearty and filling breakfast!
This measurement gives you filling for 4 sandwiches if you are stringy on stuffing, else it will be enough for 2 sandwiches. The highlight of this mash is the usage of fresh coriander with boiled potatoes rubbed on hot tawa.
I do have few more Aloo Toasts that you can try! Potato Sandwich, Simple and Quick Potato Sandwich and another version of Tawa Aloo Sandwich
Sending this to my Kid’s Delight event, guest hosted by Archana, themed on “Cooking on Tawa” for Kids.
