Instant Spicy Vegetable Oats Dosa is an easy instant breakfast and healthy breakfast dish made with oats, rice flour, rava and vegetables. It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get all the ingredients ready to make the dosas.
We are starting the BM#82 week 3 and I will sharing some Crepes for all time. Actually when I thought of this theme, I only had Crepes as in from France. However, when my friends wanted to confirm if they can share pancakes, dosas ect, I thought why not make it board and give everybody a chance to try their own choice.
Then I completely forgot and wasn’t prepared as well. I saw that first two weeks were all about our Indian Dosa and only handful crepes came about. That’s when I decided that I might end up making Indian Crepe or Dosas as well!
Its like this, time seem to be running very tight and hardly anytime to plan a new thing or experiment. Known dish and a variety in it is much better than a new one and not having a backup plan. So it was to be Dosas. I guess many know of my love to Dosas and my ambition to have 101 Dosa Variety. I have almost covered more than that between my two blogs.
Today’s version is with Oats and it’s an instant version, diabetic friendly, though I do use a small amount of rice flour in it. Since even 1 dosa makes it very filling, I decided it can be served as a diabetic friendly breakfast dish.

Notes
If the tawa is very hot, the dosas will not spread properly.
