2 Minutes Pumpkin Chocolate Mug Cake with Microwave mode is an easy to make a chocolate dessert using pumpkin puree and you won’t find pumpkin taste at all
I find at times that I really spend a lot of time thinking about recipes that are not possible in my kitchen. Meaning baking a 6 inch or 9 inch nonchocolate cake or even difficult, like including pumpkin puree in such huge cakes.
Imagine kids not eating it and what I should do to take care of completing it! Same happened in this Mug cake. I have been planning on baking some cakes or cookies with pumpkin puree and every time I check the recipe I see recipes calling for 1 cup Pumpkin Puree.
Finally, I decided I would do Mug cakes in small portions that can be completed in one serving. I made 3 mug cakes for the kids and Peddu wanted it right away and said it was awesome. Konda had half and said it was good. Chinnu is yet to try. I will await the results for later in the evening.
However, since I knew about the pumpkin Puree, I felt the puree smell. The kids didn’t find it, so I can safely and confidently say this Mug cake was a hit.
When I was preparing this, it was pouring heavily and Kids had some ice creams cones to enjoy as well. It was a clash between a cone and a mug cake, both chocolates. Peddu decided cone can wait and so I know the verdict.
Schools are closed today because it rained last night. I am so surprised at the way schools get closed when it rains for just a short while too. I remember my schools days spent getting drenched and playing in the classroom with rain water dripping in. Good old days!
While I reminisce about those days, you enjoy this Mug cake.
