Recipe is for two side dishes but I ate it all!!
Dinner!! My original recipe.
Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast (Sprinkle breat with lemon-pepper seasoning)

Kale Puttanesca Style Side Dish
Saute 1 minced garlic clove, 4-6 drained capers and 1/4 cup chopped onion. (Real puttanesca included anchovies and canned tomatoes but I did my own variation).
In another pot cook 1/4 to 1/2 cup dried mini farfalle until al dente.
If the kale leaves are big, remove the stems before you cut into bite-sized pieces across the grain. Saute kale until bright green in pan with garlic, capers and onion.
Add 3-5 TBSN tomato paste from the tube, 1 TBSN puttanesca*(Urban Accents seasoning.**) and 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes. At end of cooking add packaged Hormel pepper bits, sliced black olives. Drizzle a little red wine or balsamic vinegar on it. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

*Couldn't find a dry spice recipe for puttanesca on-line. The Urban Accents Accents package ingredients are as follows:
- onion
- garlic
- tomato
- bell pepper
- parsley
- sea salt
- oregano
- black pepper
- rosemary
- basil
- sugar
- citric acid
- other
- Of course I don't have the amounts for the above ingredients to make a spice from scratch. I tried to find one but all I can only find were recipes for puttanesca sauce not a spice mix.
