Southwestern Tuna Wraps for Two

From the kitchen of One Perfect Bite...It was hot today. While you couldn't cook an egg on the pavement, the heat quickly wilted anyone trying to work in the sun. I wasn't in the sun, but I used it as my excuse for making such simple meals today. I managed to get bagels with assorted toppings on the table for breakfast and we had grilled pizzas for dinner.
