Apple Walnut Pancakes

From the kitchen of One Perfect Bite...When the rains here start and the leaves begin to fall, I love to make these pancakes. There is something about them that speaks to fall. I'm not particular about when I serve them and they have performed breakfast, lunch and dinner duty in my kitchen. They are easy to prepare and I always have to make a double batch to please the folks at my table. The Silver Fox loves these served with smoked or homemade sage sausage.
