MIXED FRUITS AND YOGURT SMOOTHIE WITH FLAX SEEDS





Healthy bowl of smoothie .. perfect for Monday morning after binging on heavy food during the week end..

Add any fruits of your choice or the ones available at home. A spoonful of flax seed powder makes it more healthier. You may add a little honey also if you like.



Ingredients:

Bananas ... 2

Apple .... 1

Strawberries ... 5-6

Flax seed powder .. 1 tbsp

Honey ...... 1 tbsp

Yogurt ..... 1 cup






Method:

1. Grate the apple and cut the fruits into pieces.

2. Blend together all the ingredients.

3. Serve chilled.
