Yet another new food truck is coming to the Boston area, and this one will focus on a dish that is popular down south.
According to a post in The Boston Globe, owner Eric Cormier of Po Boy in Newton is planning to debut a food truck by June, with the truck offering chicken, catfish, shrimp, and oyster po boys.
