A California-based quick-service restaurant concept that focuses on healthy food with Asian influences is bringing a franchised location to Boston.
According to Adam Castiglioni of the Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog, B Nutritious is planning to open in the city's Beacon Hill neighborhood, taking over the space on Cambridge Street that had been home to a location of All Star Pizza Bar. Based on the website for the company, the new location of B Nutritious could be offering such options as honey soy glazed salmon, pineapple fried rice, veggie bowls, sweet and spicy noodles, potstickers, and more.
B Nutritious first started out in El Monte in 2015 and currently has two locations, including the original restaurant along with another in Fountain Valley.
