A popular all-you-can-eat restaurant in Cambridge is under new ownership, and it now features an entirely different cuisine.
A check on the restaurant's website confirms what a source told us awhile back, that the Midwest Grill in Inman Square has turned into a Korean BBQ place with such menu items as tofu soup, kimchi dumplings, bulgogi, bi bim bap, chicken katsu, curry rice, and spicy squid. The website mentions that the new version of the Midwest Grill offers takeout and delivery as well as catering while mentioning a buffet as well, though it seems doubtful that a buffet could be set up at this point in time due to the pandemic.
The original version of the Midwest Grill was a Brazilian rodizio that featured a salad bar and buffet along with a variety of meats cut tableside. Another location--which is still listed on the website--had been in Saugus until it closed last year.
The address for the Midwest Grill is 1124 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA, 02139. Its website can be found at https://ift.tt/33rD3wu
