The Scoop N Scootery in East Arlington to Expand to Allston

The people behind an Arlington ice cream shop and an ice cream delivery service will be expanding to a second location.

According to a licensing board hearing page within the City of Boston website, The Scoop N Scootery has applied for a common victualler license to operate in Allston, with a message sent from the business saying that the Linden Street space plans to be a retail shop, a commercial space for making ice cream, and a delivery outlet. If approved by the city, the new store will join its Mass. Ave. location in East Arlington which opened in March of 2016.

The Scoop N Scootery had been a Somerville-based mobile ice cream delivery and catering business before opening its brick-and-mortar store in Arlington.
