A new sushi spot is on its way, and it looks like it will be opening within a new complex on the Boston/Brookline border.
According to a post within the jobs section of bostonchefs.com, Sushi Momento is planning to open in Brookline, with the restaurant being described in the listing as a "contemporary eatery serving inventive sushi and cocktails." The address given indicates that the upcoming dining spot will be located at The Circle, a mixed-used development located at the former site of the Circle Cinema and Applebee's in Cleveland Circle, and based on a page from Phase Zero Design, it may be opening inside the AC Marriott hotel there, which straddles the Brighton/Brookline line (the restaurant has a Brookline address).
If all goes as planned, Sushi Momento could be opening sometime this fall.
