A new Asian restaurant has opened in Quincy, and it moves into the space where a decades-old Italian spot had been.
According to a Facebook post from Kerry Byrne, Fusion Kitchen is currently going through a soft opening on Franklin Street, moving into the former Alfredo's space just south of the downtown area of the city. As mentioned here earlier, the new eatery has a connection with Fusion Taste in Arlington and Stoneham, and it also has an apparent connection with Fusion House in Methuen and Sato II in Stoneham as well. Based on the other Fusion restaurants, expect to see a mix of Chinese and Japanese fare at the new Fusion Kitchen.
Alfredo's, which first opened in 1960, was a casual spot that focused mainly on Italian-American fare; the restaurant closed for good in late 2016.
The address for Fusion Kitchen is 75 Franklin Street, Quincy, MA, 02169.
