Miam Patisserie, Pyrmont

Miam? It means yum in French, uttered by many who venture into this cute and cosy bakery in inner city Pyrmont. Owner and head pastry chef, Meylissa Yusuf, threw in an accounting career for one with a sweeter bottom line, training at Le Cordon Bleu before working at Adriano Zumbo in Rozelle and then Cheeky Chocolate in North Strathfield.
