Dominos Style Stuffed Garlic Bread is my choice for the letter G, referring to the popular Garlic breadsticks served at the Dominos. Since I already baked the regular Garlic Bread, I was looking at making a new one.
These stuffed garlic bread were part of my last month’s Thali/Spread theme, where for the last day, I decided I would make a spread based on the Domino’s menu. My kids are huge fans of this outlet and they simply loved and enjoyed the spread. I managed to bake many of the items from their menu, you can check out the Dominos’s menu, out of which I have shared the White pasta Italiano.
My first choice for G was Ghoriba Bahla, which is a delicious cookie from Moroccan. I know for sure that this is a sinful one. However, after my adventure baking this spread on Domino’s, I suddenly felt I should make the best use of the dishes. So here comes the garlic bread for G.
Since this garlic breadstick is a fusion dish created with Indian customers in mind, I decided I can easily tag this under Indian Bakes.
Today is Garlic Bread from India

1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Garlic powder
For the Dough
In a wide bowl, take the flour, crush the garlic, add the instant yeast, salt, sugar, herbs, chilli flakes, 1 tbsp olive oil and mix well.
Slowly add the warm water and knead to a soft dough. When you are able to gather it as a dough, add another tbsp Olive oil and knead for 10 mins.
Make a ball and place it in an oiled bowl, cover with cling wrap. Let it rest for 45 to 1 hour. Mine took about 45 mins to double.
Punch it down, knead again. Divide into 3 equal balls.
For the Paneer Stuffing
Wash and fine dice the paneer into small cubes. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Adjust seasoning and keep it ready aside to use.
For making Stuffed Garlic Breadsticks
Take the first ball, dust well and using a roller pin, flatten to 6″ disc. Brush the inner side with melted butter, add grated cheese, paneer pieces on one half of the flattened dough. Sprinkle seasoning, garlic powder over the cheese.
Fold it and seal the edges by pressing it. Transfer the Garlic Bread to a lined tray. Slightly poke on the top, sprinkle olive oil.
Then sprinkle some red chili flakes, oregano, and little bit garlic powder.
Using a sharp knife, make slits so that it is easy to remove the sticks.
Preheat the oven to 200 C and bake for 20 to 25 mins. Check to ensure you have a golden brown colour on top.
