Kiwi & Clementine Upside Down Cake

Its peak season of both Kiwi and clementine here, both these fruits are my favourite though i cant eat kiwi raw to enjoy their goodness. However i dont miss eating kiwis, i usually bake or dish out apple sauce with kiwi, else a simple kiwi compote or jam to please my tastebuds.
