The building that a legendary pizza spot in the Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts calls home is going up for auction.
According to an article in the Amherst Bulletin, Antonio's Pizza on North Pleasant Street in downtown Amherst will have its building put up for sale at a foreclosure auction on August 16, with the post saying that the reason for the auction is "a breach of the conditions" of the mortgage. It is not yet known what might happen to the pizzeria itself, which first opened in 1991 and is known for its slices with offbeat topping combinations.
Other locations of Antonio's can be found in Belchertown, Easthampton, Worcester, Pawtucket, Providence, Champaign, IL, and College Station, TX.
The address for Antonio's is 31 N Pleasant Street, Amherst, MA, 01002. Its website is at http://ift.tt/1idwMFD
