Makhmali Paneer Tikka | How to make Makhmali Paneer Tikka

We are starting the fourth and final week of BM#52, featuring Kid's Delight Snacking all the way. As it must be so clear, I love snacks. And when it comes to snacks that I can feed my kids, its only natural it has to be Paneer. I love Paneer too. I am thrilled that my kids love it as well. It kind of makes things easy.

For the day one of Snacking all the way, I made Makhmali Paneer Tikka. I have always enjoyed the creamy Paneer Tikkas when we dine out. I have mostly made Tandoori Paneer Tikka and with so many versions. It was only natural right, given my addiction to Paneer Tikkas.

Anyway I guess there is always place for another Tikka to come on and thats what I did. This Makhmali Paneer Tikka goes for my Kids Delight event, hosted by Sandhya themed on Snacking all the way.

Before I get on with the recipe, I thought I should share my interesting conversation I had with my twins this afternoon. As I was trying to nap in the afternoon, they both came to give me company and suddenly Peddu asked me what I do as in work. I explained my job and he was trying hard to understand, when Chinnu asked, he thought I was a cooker as I am cooking all the time. I told me that I cook to feed them and not a cooker.

The reason both gave was, since they always see me cooking, and they even know blogs. So next was what my blog was for. Anyway long story short, I realized it was quite tough to explain to kids what one does as their day job, when all they see is something else. And imagine being a cooker. I remember even Konda has asked me if I was a cooker even she was younger.

So being a cooker, this is the best snack I was able to come up with!
