Pasta in Creamy Green Pepper Sauce

For second day under BM#46, for the theme Pizzas and Pastas, I realized that Mir has asked for Noodles as well. However it was too late in the day for me to plan some noodles. With the head count increased to two for liking Pastas at home, I thought this was safe bet to do. I had originally wanted to make this sauce with Red bell pepper. However I couldn't get it and all I had was green. Then I felt the sauce might taste great with green capsicum as well.

So I told Konda that I was going to try a new sauce and she was going to judge if the sauce tastes good. Well knowing that this has loads of cheese in it, no doubt she will love it. When the dish was out hot, it smelled heavenly! A drive straight into nirvana was how it felt. Infact I hated I had to pause, to click the pictures. So you can imagine how Konda was hovering around the scene.

I was cooking everything this weekend and I was mostly seen as a headless chicken running around. So with each dish done, I was mentally marking it done. Since I was racing against time, I couldn't risk not having a dish liked. The dish had to be good. I knew with melted cheese oozing out, the dish ought to taste out of the world.

For the second day, I have a creamy pasta in green bell pepper sauce!

Sending this to Mir, who is hosting my Kid's Delight, themed on "Pizzas, Pastas n Noodles".
