Last spring, it was reported that a new dining spot was planning to open in a space in Cambridge where a nationally-recognized restaurant had once been, and now we have learned that it is on the verge of debuting.
According to a source along with the Instagram page for the business, Fallow Kin is slated to open in Cambridge on October 15, and as mentioned in an earlier article here, it will be moving into the old Craigie on Main space between Central Square and Kendall Square. The new restaurant will be a farm-to-table spot that focuses on local ingredients and sustainability, and Conor Dennehy and Danielle Ayer (Talulla) and Marcos Sanchez (Gray's Hall, Tasting Counter, Tres Gatos) are behind the restaurant.
The address for the Fallow Kin is 853 Main Street, Cambridge, MA, 02139.
