A new restaurant has come to downtown Boston, opening in a building that recently debuted a food hall.
According to a press release, The Vermilion Club is opens later today in The Connector at Winthrop Center, which is located between Devonshire Street and Federal Street in the city's Financial District, with the place being a 120-seat chophouse and bar offering a wide variety of steaks, seafood dishes, and cocktails. The new restaurant initially opens for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday, with lunch and brunch service debuting over the coming weeks.
John Fraser and his JF Restaurants hospitality group are behind both The Vermilion Club and The Lineup, the latter of which opened in January and features a handful of fast-casual dining spots.
